This regulation might be useful with Vender ID and or Hardware Configuration
in a special Register. A Toaster with a F-CPU and Borg Main frame with
a LOT of F-CPU's (Ok a bit extreme) would have very different characteristics
and a standard configuration table for the models of F-Cpu's would be
useful.
