i'm impressed to see this :-) Graham did a really
good job at keeping up with the discussion ! it looks
too official ;-)
i'll rereread it more quietly and think about modifications
and additions, in the light of the last (background) discussions
on this list.

oh and i'll have to update the f-cpu websites sites
to make a "licence corner".
