Aims at design and eventually manufacture of a 64-bit CPU .
The current design is for a SIMD RISC CPU with 64 internal
general purpose registers and of course 32-bit wide instructions and virtual memory capabilities, like "a real CPU", but free.
Update A first "stable" package has been released on dec. 30th, 2001 at
http://f-cpu.seul.org/new/ : http://f-cpu.seul.org/new/stable_yg_12_31_2001.tgz
The available functions are not complete but the file hierarchy is mostly
frozen now. A lot of work is now being done in France and we seek more help
from hackers in other countries. And the web sites are still.... in a bad
shape.
